The Annual General Meeting of the Queanbeyan Whites Rugby Union Club will be held on Wednesday the 8th of December at the White House, commencing at 6.00pm. 

To be eligible to vote at the AGM you must be a life member, a fully paid non playing member, or a validly registered player for the 2021 season (who are playing members of the club).

We note there are a number of non playing financial members who are yet to make the necessary membership payment in this current year.  If you are unsure if you have made your membership payment please reply to this email and we can confirm your status.

In addition to the standard agenda there will be a Special Resolution (Life Member nomination) for Members consideration and decision (vote).

Persons interested in standing for position on the committee are required to complete a nomination form attached and forward to the club secretary at qbnwhites2620@gmail.com Nomination forms can also be requested by emailing the club secretary.
