A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers for making NSWRL feel welcome at Campese yesterday. While on the BBQ, scoreboard, and in the canteen, they were able to witness a showcase of talent from all over NSW. Footy season is just around the corner! Special mention to Jane, Franca, and Jo for their help in the canteen, Matt for jumping on the scoreboard, our players and David for cooking the BBQ, and Mel for organising the day.

Moving into 2026 the Club is looking for great people and businesses seeking to become part of, or grow your existing presence within our community. The Club offers excellent support for those seeking to develop coaching skills and we are always looking for volunteers, whether you can commit an hour a month or five hours a week we would love to hear from you. 2025 Whites Christmas party is just around the corner. The Queanbeyan Whites community Christmas party will be on 6th of December. Seniors, Juniors, Volunteers, Sponsors, and Supporters are all welcome to celebrate a wonderful 2025 and looking forward to a great 2026. 🎄🎁 12pm at the great @campbellandgeorge to have some finger food, drinks, presents from santa, and finish the afternoon with barefoot bowls. 🎉 🎈 Please RSVP by selecting going on our facebook event or by contacting Franca Jones with your family name and numbers of adults/children by the 3rd of December. Pre-Season 2026 - Starting Tuesday 4 November.  Sessions will the run for 6 weeks on Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturday at 7am. Free 2026 rego for those who complete all sessions & free pre-season singlet for any player who completes over 15+ sessions Look out for details of our  Xmas Party which will be held at the end of the block on Saturday the 13th.
Coach Announcement – 2026 Season The Queanbeyan Whites family is thrilled to welcome back Paul Dillon as Head Coach for the 2026 season! Paul returns to the club after previously leading our the club in 2018 & 2019 and brings with him a wealth of rugby knowledge, experience, and passion. Widely regarded as one of the sharpest rugby minds in Canberra, Paul is eager to build on the strong foundations laid by outgoing coach Dan Hawke. A proud St. Edmunds College alumnus, Paul has coached at teams including Riverview & Waverley Colleges, Balmain & Sydney Uni. His strategic insight and deep understanding of the game make him a formidable leader for the season ahead. Stay tuned for off-season details.
The Club thanks Daniel Hawke for his dedication and commitment to the Club in his role as Head Coach from 2024-2025. Daniel has brought professionalism and passion to his role with the Whites and he will always have a place in our Club. We wish him the best in his new role as Head of Elite Pathways and Development with Brumbies Rugby.

Throwback to the long weekend where our three ACT Kestrels @clem_utumapu, @thaliauilelea & @campbellsharlize_ were on fire at the Australian Rugby Shield Competition. The girls fell just short in the final, going down by 2 points to Sydney Women’s. Awesome to see our Women playing rep and keen to see a few more next year!.
We are deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Jayde Jones. Our thoughts are with the Jones family, Jayde’s family and all those who were close to Jayde.
More representative news! Last week Head Coach @onlydansh & Head of Performance @matthewtoward were off working with the Australian Schoolboys. The team played 3 games, picking up 2 wins against the Fijian Schoolboys and 1 loss to the Australian 18s team. Awesome efforts and congratulations to both Dan & Matt.
